Next, let's discuss the following question: What is the purpose of woven labels?
Woven labels are commonly used on products such as clothing, home textiles, shoes, hats, leather goods, bags, and toys. Today, our focus is on clothing woven labels, and the recommended target is clothing companies (the same logic applies to other industries). Clothing can be categorized into different levels, and each level has different requirements!
According to the national textile basic safety technical specification (GB 18401-2010), this mandatory standard classifies the safety categories of textile clothing in our country into three levels.
Class A: Infant products, referring to textile clothing used by infants under 36 months. All textile clothing items for infants, including baby clothes, accessories, bibs, hats, diapers, disposable diapers, and bedding, fall under Class A safety level. Items that do not directly contact the skin, such as curtains and mattresses, are not included.
Class B: Products that directly contact the skin, referring to textile products where a large area of the product directly contacts the skin during wearing or use. Such products include underwear, shirts, swimsuits, socks, scarves, summer dresses, pants, bed sheets, duvet covers, towels, and other textiles.
Class C: Non-direct contact skin products, referring to textiles that do not directly contact the skin or only have a small area in contact with the skin during wearing or use. Such products include coats, autumn and winter pants, skirts, carpets, bedspreads, tapestries, curtains, tablecloths, and other textiles.
